Nephritic syndrome - Features?

A

Nephritic syndrome features:

PHARAOH

  • Proteinuria
  • Haematuria
  • Azotaemia (elevated blood nitrogen levels)
  • Red blood cell casts
  • Anti-streptolysin O titres (ASOT) if post-streptococcal infection
  • Oliguria (output <0.5ml/kg/hour)
  • Hypertension
