NEOCLASSICAL THEORY
This concept is under neoclassical theory where individual aspirations exist within organizations. They may have one goal for the organization but we cannot remove the fact that every employee has their aspiration
INDIVIDUAL
This concept is under neoclassical theory where employees who share the same interests and characteristics may form an informal or beshy beshy group within the company
WORKGROUP
This concept is under neoclassical theory which describes how would you engage the employee with others.

PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT
To achieve an organization’s goal, this theory considers the workers and their environment
MODERN THEORY
This approach defines how the system and the organization play a huge role in the organization. It is about the inside of the organization

This is also called decision theory, which views organizations as structures composed of choice-makers, and argues that there is no one right way to make a decision.

They believe that management is responsible for analyzing business situations and then acting accordingly to address any issues or challenges
