NEOCLASSICAL THEORY
This concept is under neoclassical theory where individual aspirations exist within organizations. They may have one goal for the organization but we cannot remove the fact that every employee has their aspiration

This concept is under neoclassical theory where employees who share the same interests and characteristics may form an informal or beshy beshy group within the company
