NEOCLASSICAL THEORY
This concept is under neoclassical theory where individual aspirations exist within organizations. They may have one goal for the organization but we cannot remove the fact that every employee has their aspiration
INDIVIDUAL
This concept is under neoclassical theory where employees who share the same interests and characteristics may form an informal or beshy beshy group within the company
WORKGROUP
This concept is under neoclassical theory which describes how would you engage the employee with others.

PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT
To achieve an organization’s goal, this theory considers the workers and their environment

This approach defines how the system and the organization play a huge role in the organization. It is about the inside of the organization

This is a type of staffs consist of staff assistants to whom managers assign work

A concept where the decisions of the organization are at higher levels usually in an industrial setting
