- Schools do not have enough places for all the children that need them –> People have to travel across towns of cities to go to school

- In some cities, there are so few jobs that people make a living by picking over the rubbish in waste heaps to find things that they sell –> They can come in to contact with hazardous waste, such as used needles as well as infectious diseases, including E coli.
- There are not enough places in the schools in some urban areas –> Over crowding in classes.
