What does the CALIBRATED Label look like and when is it used?
Black lettering on White background. Used to indicate the instrument is within its applicable tolerance on all parameters.
What does the CALIBRATED – REFER TO REPORT Label look like and when is it used?
Red lettering on White background. Used when you must know the actual measurement values to use the instrument.
What does the SPECIAL CALIBRATION Label look like and when is it used?
Black lettering on Yellow Background. Used when some unusual or special condition in the calibration is applied. (deviations, multiple calibration cycles, or required in-place calibration).
What does the USER CALIBRATION Label look like and when is it used?
Black lettering on White background. Used when the calibration is performed by the user.
What does the Inactive – Calibrate Before Use Label look like and when is it used?
Green lettering on White background. Used when instrument will not be used for some time in the future.
What does the Calibration Not Required Label look like and when is it used?
Orange lettering on White background. Used when instrument does not make quantitative measurements, is “Fail-Safe”, monitored during use by calibrated instruments, or dependent on external calibrated sources.
What does the Rejected – Refer to Attached Tag Label look like and when is it used?
Black lettering on Red background. Used on instruments that FAIL to meet calibration standards and cannot be repaired.
What is the Inventory Format 350 Report?
A Report that lists items from the issuing activities and is maintained by custodians or sub custodians of TMDE.
What is the Inventory Format 802 Report?
A monthly distributed Report that lists items overdue, due in the present month, and within the next two months for calibration.
