What does Action Taken Code “A” signify and when is it used?
No Repair Required - When deficiency cannot be duplicated or the equipment is operating within allowable tolerances. (Adjustment may be made under this Action Take Code)
What does Action Taken Code “C” signify and when is it used?
Repair – Repairable item identified by Work Unit Code (WUC) has been repaired. (includes cleaning, disassembly, inspection, reassembly, lubrication, replacement of integral parts, and adjustments)
What does Action Taken Code “D” signify and when is it used?
Work Stoppage, Post and Pre Deployment, and Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Support – Close out MAF’s when component repair is performed at another facility.
What does Action Taken Code “F” signify and when is it used?
Failure of items undergoing Check and Test – Work Requests and I-Level Assisting Work Centers MAFs only.
What does Action Taken Code “Z” signify and when is it used?
Corrosion Treatment – Cleaning, treatment, priming, and painting of corroded items that require No Repair both on equipment or in shop.

47 - TD compliance on all serialized components, regardless of whether there is a part number change.
