nonspecific history local tenderness/signs of subluxation negative orthopedic negative neurologic AROM with variable restriction PROM with end range restriction

history of similar events, minor or major trauma
maybe radiating pain into arm/hand
radiation w/ valsalva’s: possible
ROM pain may be due to disc protrusion
compression and stretch tests could be positive

how should you treat neuritis or radiculitis due to disc?
A
radiography may be helpful MRI if unresponsive/progressive soft techniques limited orthotic support when subacute, begin spinal stabilization
