If the contractor fails to give early warning its - compensation is capped at what it would have been had if an early warning occurred. Applies even if they were unaware but a reasonable contractor would have been. clause 63. 7
If a pm fails to give early winning its seen as failing to comply with 10.1 which could lead to a contractor claiming for damage or compensation for bread of contract _
