D – Target contract with bill of quantities
Same as C but for BOQ
E – Cost reimbursable contract
Like cost plus in JCT
F – Management contract
Works like the procurement route – people manage contracts for a fee
What difference is there in the NCE payment timeline
Same as JCT but payless notice is 7 days rather than 5

The ADR option only applys when the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 dosent.
