Induction week.
Fitness assessment. H+S briefs. Daily PE. Intro to “Battle PT”. Working weekend assisting local conservation project.
What does week 2 involve?
Written and verbal comms. Intro to Pine Poles and Lashings. Leadership theory. Confidence Course. ESK. Drill, daily PE + battle PT. Working weekend project work in local area
What does week 3 involve?
Leadership and Navigation theory and exercises. ESK. Fitness assessment.
What does week 4 involve?
IPLT. Initial Practical Leadership Training.

What does week 5 involve?
APLT. Addition Practical Leadership Training.
Stanford Training Area - Norfolk
What does week 6 involve?
ESK exam. Comms. Charity evening. Mid-course interviews. EXERCISE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE.
What does week 7 involve?
EXERCISE SOUTHERN BORDER.
OTTERBURN TRAINING AREA - NORTHUMBERLAND
What does week 8 involve?
Verbal Comms. Air Power studies. Ethos + heritage visit. Training dining-in- night.
What does week 9 involve?
EXERCISE BORDER PATROL (PASS/FAIL).
OTTERBURN TRAINING AREA - NORTHUMBERLAND. Charity weekend. Defence presentation prep.
What does week 10 involve?
Final exams. 30 minute defence presentation. End of course interviews to see if you have passed.

Preparing for graduation.
