To review navigating the CX environment and explore the different themes that are standard with the application subscription.
What icons are consistent between themes?
- The Navigator
- The home icon
- The favorites icon
- The Notifications icon
- The Settings & actions
What are favorites?
Records a user has marked for easy navigation.
What are notifications?
Application events configured to notify you.
Ex: Approvals, Announcements, Required Actions, etc.
What is the Worklist?
A handy interface that lists all of your tasks.
How do you access the Worklist?
Click “Show All” in the notifications, then click “Worklist”
What is the settings and actions list?
A provided list of actions available to the signed in user.
Describe the 3 areas of the home page.
- Quick Actions/ Springboard: a list of common actions a user can perform
- Application Areas: a list of pages for specific content areas.
- Infolets: Small containers that provide quick views of important information.
What is a landing page?
The page a user is directed to after navigation to an application page. Use landing pages to search for or create records, then drill down for more details.
What is a creation page?
They are the pages shown when you create a record
What are the two types of landing pages?
- Work Area
- Work Area powered by Adaptive Search
What is adaptive search?
The newer search technology being utilized in Fusion applications. Most objects will navigate users to work areas powered by adaptive search.
What is a Details Page?
Details Pages provide more detail on a specific record. They contain more fields & subtabs with additional information.
What is the default theme for Redwood?
Newsfeed
What are the three default themes available in the standard offering?
Newsfeed, Panel, Banner
