To review all of the ways in which we can alter the behavior of the application
Name the three Profile Option Value levels & describe the level of impact

Product: For a specific application area
Site: across the entire application
What do profile options control?
Application behavior, user preferences, configuration choices, and processing options
What are lookups?
Keyword values. Preselected static options for a field.
What are the 3 configuration levels of lookups?
System, Extension, User
Describe the elasticity of the “System” lookup configuration level.
You can only modify the string displayed in the UI and the order that they are displayed. You cannot add, remove or edit values within the lookup.

You cannot remove the predefined values of the look up but you can add new values, change the meaning, and change the sequence.
