What is the Purpose of the ESGN?
Purpose of ESGN is to provide continous and accurate navigtional data for use by the SWS and CCS. Position, Velocity and Attitude.
Other that Position what does the ESGN provide?
Velocities, Attitude and Heading.
What is the Purpose of FS?
It is a Frequency and Time Standard, Used to Phase-lock oscillator or increment counters in other Equipment. Syncronise other equipment with UTC.
List the Outputs of the IFS?
5Mhz–((PRS)),,1Mhz–((ESGN)),,1PPS– ((NTDS, UTC, PRS, EEC, SDS.))
1PPS Optical fibre to MFC.
Where does 1PPS go?
Navigation Subsystems, FC, SDS, COMMAND.

External Fix Data, Velocity correction
