Prevent Deliberate arming or launching of a missile except on recipt of an Authenticated Nation Firing Control Message. Prevent Inadvertant arming or launching of a missile. Prevent Production of a nuclear yield of RBA’s that have been in an accident or jettisoned. Insure adequect security of the Trident2 D5 SWS
