“Anti-social acts are those that show a lack of feeling and concern for the welfare of other”.
How did Aronson et al define aggressive behaviour? (1997)
“Aggressive action is behaviour aimed at causing either physical or psychological pain”.
Outline hostile aggression.
Involves hurting people on purpose.
Usually emotionally driven and is a response, rather than a premeditated.
Give an example of hostile aggression.
Assaulting someone that is trying to rob you.

When the individual intentionally acts in an aggressive manner in order to achieve a particular goal.
