  3. Three two-tone chimes (attend call switch) - emergency in the cockpit requiring help from the cabin
  4. Voice (PA system) or four two-tone chimes (attend call switch) - Brace for landing

  1. One chime (one push of #2) - request pilot interphone contact
  2. Two chimes (two pushes of #2) - after cabin ready for takeoff/landing
  3. Three chimes (three pushes of #2) - emergency in cabin requiring help from the cockpit
  4. Four chimes with flight deck call - handset failure
  5. Five chimes with flight deck call - indicates that there was an audio accessory card failure

  1. Notify flight deck crew prior to entry (not required for LM after receiving the “Cabin Check” and “Prepare cabin for arrival” PA announcement)
  2. When the inspection/transit is complete and the combi compartment is secure, notify the flight deck crew asap
  3. The 2LM will monitor the evolution in regard to time passed
