- adjust chin so MML perpendicular to IR (OML 37 degrees to IR)
- MSP perpendicular to IR

Include frontal sinus to upper incisors and mid orbits crosswise

A
- symmetrical orbits and equal distance from orbit to lateral border (if u can see it)
- MSP aligned with Long axis of field (rotation and tilt)
- Petrous ridges seen immediately below maxillary sinus (good MML/OML position)
