Suspected narcotic O.D. w/ respiratory rate < 12 or decreased tidal volume
Contraindications
None
Adverse Effects
Cardio- tachycardia, hypertension, dysrhythmias
Neuro- tremors, seizures
G/I- n/v
Administration
0.8-2mg IVP/IM/IN
MR dose all routes every 5 min. prn
Titrate IV dose to adequate resp rate and TV

0.1mg/kg IVP, IM or IN
MR dose for all routes every 5 min. prn

IVP immediate
