what are the signs and symptoms of myocarditis?
A
- Flu-like prodrome
- Chest pain (worse when lying down)
- SOB
- Palpitations

what are the investigations for myocarditis?
A
ECG: non-specific ST and T wave changes
Cardiac biomarkers: CK and troponin
- Serum CK elevated
- Serum Ck-MB mildly elevated
- Serum troponin elevated
Echo- Global/ regional LV motion abnormalities and dilation
