Part of adductor group
Adductor & laterally rotate thigh.
Adductor Magnus
Origin at the Pubis; inserting along the Femur.
Powerful adductor of the thigh.
Adductor muscles
In thigh
Group of muscles that attach from the Pubis (lower hip) to the inside of the Femur, from top to near the knee
Biceps brachii
At radia
Origin at Scapula; insertion Radius. At front of Humerus.
Flexion of the elbow.
Biceps Femoris
Part of ham-string group. At back of thigh running from pelvis down to top of Tibia (below the knee).
Bipennate muscle type
Fascicles on both sides of the central tendon.
Rectus femoris
(Front of thigh)
Brachialis
Origin halfway along Humerus; inserts at top of Ulna. Deeper than Biceps Brachii and produces 50% of elbow flexion power.

Origin at lower Humerus; insertion at Radius near thumb. On lateral side of Radius.
Flexion of elbow & Supination.
Circular muscle type
Mouth; orbicularis oris
Convergent muscle type
Pectoralis major
(From broad origin to narrow insertion.
Deltoid
Shoulder outer rounded contour. Attached at Clavicle and Scapula & inserts at Humerus.
Anterior Flexes & internally rotates arm.
Middle Abducts arm.
Posterior extends & externally estates arm.
Extensor digitorum longus
At the top of the foot connecting from the end of the lower Tibia to the Middle & Distal Phalanges of the four small toes.
