Bands of fibrous tissue that attach muscle to the bones

Dense, strong bands of fibrous tissue that connect the bones to each other
Ligaments
Voluntary contraction of skeletal muscle tissue allows for movement of limbs and extremities

The way the bones are connected and the muscles developed give shape to the body
