Lateral condyle of tibia and proximal ant fibula

Distal four tendons to digits 2-4
Tibialis Anterior
Origin:
Lateral condyle and lateral surface of tibia
insertion:
Medial plantar surface of 1st cuneiform and base of 1st metatarsal
Peronei Group
Origin:
Upper 2/3 lateral fibula
Longus- head and lateral shaft of fibula
insertion: base of fifth
Longus: base of the first, medial cuneform plantar surface
Tibialis Posterior
Origin:
Lateral post tibia, I.m, and proximal 1/2 post fibula
Insertion:
Tuberosity of the navicular bone, cuboid 2,3,4 metatarsals and calcaneous
Flexor digitorum Longus
O: medial part of post tibia
I: plantar surface of base of distal phalanges
Flexor Hallucis Longus
O: lower 2/3 post fibula and inter membrane
I: plantar asked the base of distal phalanx of big toe
Gastrocnemius
O:
Medial head: medial condyle of femur
Lateral head : supra condyle line and lateral condyle of femur
I: calcaneous via Achilles’ tendon
Soleus
O: 1/4 post fibula, soleal line and supper shaft of tibia
I: with gastroc via Achilles’ tendon to the calcaneous
Vastus medialis
O:
Lower 1/2 inter trochanter line , medial supra condylar line
I: medial border of patella ligament to the tibial Tuberosity
Rectus Femoris
O:
Ant head: ASIS
Post head: acetabulum
I: patella and by patella ligament the tibial Tuberosity
Bicep Femoris
O:
Long head: Ischial Tuberosity
Short head: linea aspersa, supra condyle line
I:
Common tendon to fibula head and lateral condyle of tibia
Semitendinosis
O: Ischial Tuberosity
I: upper medial surface of the tibial shaft
Semi membranous
O: Ischial Tuberosity
I: posterior part of medial condyle of the tibia
Politeus
O: lateral surface of lateral condyle of femur
I: upper posterior tibia
