What are horizontal flexion and extension
Horixontal flexion is movement of arm across the body when the arm is held out in front of body
Horizontal extension is movement of the arm away from the body when the arm is out in front of body.

Medial rotation is when a joint turns about its longitudinal axis in a joint toward the body.
Lateral rotation is when a joint turns about its longitudinal axis away from the body.
