Deltoid
The deltoid is a large muscle responsible for lifting the arm and giving the shoulder its range of motion.
Biceps
The biceps is a muscle on the front part of the upper arm. The biceps includes a “short head” and a “long head” that work as a single muscle.
Gluteus
Located in the butt.
Triceps
is a large muscle on the back of the upper limb of many vertebrates
Hamstring
is one of the three posterior thigh muscles in between the hip and the knee
Hip flexors
Hip Flexors. The primary hip flexors are the rectus femoris, iliacus, psoas, iliocapsularis, and sartorius muscle
Pectorallis major
Pectoralis major is a thick, fan-shaped muscle contributing to the thoracobrachial motion
Quadriceps
The quadriceps femoris is a group of muscles located in the front of the thigh.
Tibialis anterior
The tibialis anterior is a muscle in humans that originates in the upper two-thirds of the lateral (outside) surface of the tibia and inserts into the medial cuneiform and first metatarsal bones of the foot.
Gastronemius
The gastrocnemius muscle (plural gastrocnemii) is a superficial two-headed muscle that is in the back part of the lower leg of humans.
