Shoulder Flexion / Extension
A
Seated, arm in supination. Stabilize elbow and wrist. Bend elbow for extension.

Shoulder Adduction / Abduction
A
Seated, arm pronated. Stabilize wrist and elbow. Side all the way up and down.

Shoulder Internal / External Rotation
A
Lay supine, arm 90 degrees. Stabilize wrist and elbow. Full forwards and backwards.

Forearm Pronation / Supination
A
Patient seated. Elbow flexed 90 degrees next to side. Stabilize elbow and wrist.

Wrist Flexion / Extension
A
Arm on table on side. Stabilize below wrist and just above thumb.

Ulnar / Radial deviation
A
Arm on table, supine. Side to side. Stabilize below wrist and just above thumb.
