- Sustaining attention: Produce concentration for period of time required.
- Shifting attention: Refocusing concentration from one stimulus to another.
- Dividing attention: Focusing on two / more stimuli at same time.
- Sharing attention: Focusing on same stimulus by two / more people.
What is the difference between attention & concentration?
Attention is ability to focus your senses on stimulus to actively observe stimulus.
Concentration is ability to sustain attention for period of time.

- Short term memory: Temporary memory, store of around 30 seconds.
- Long term memory: Long term storage (autobiographical + semantic).
- Retrieval of memory: Recalling info stored in long term memory.
