Fibromyalgia
Pain and stiffness and tenderness of the muscles and joints. Most common in back, shoulders and feet.
cramp
Cause is vigorous exercise and over exertion also water depletion of the muscle. Lots of pain in the localised muscles.
Atrophy
Undernourished muscle due to lack of use. The muscle will waste away and won’t reach normal size/ bulk
Myositis
Inflammation of the muscle
Adhesions
Fibrous bands that form between tissues and organs, often as a result of injury
Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder)
A disorder in which the connective tissue surrounding the shoulder becomes inflamed and stiff, and grows together with abnormal bands of tissue greatly restricting motion and causing chronic pain.
Achilles tendinitis
Is an injury to the Achilles’ tendon generally precipitated by over use.
Lumbago
Back ache affecting the lumbar region or lower back
Cramp
Is an unpleasant, often painful sensation caused by contraction or over shortening of muscles.
Tendonitis
An inflammation in or around the tendons.
Muscular dystrophy
Muscular diseases of the muscular system characteristics by weakness and wasting away.
Tetanus
An acute and srs infection of the central nervous system caused by bacterial infection of open wounds.
Bursitis
Is the inflammation of one or more small sac of synovial fluid.
