A
2 relapses in the past 2 year despite the treatment with interferon beta

What’s are the symptoms and how do you manage the symptoms of multiple sclerosis
A
Spasticity: baclofen, diazepam, tizanidine and dantrolene
Relapses: methylprednisalone
Oscillopsia (objects appears to vibrate): gabapentin
Mood alterations: Amitriptyline
Fatigue: amantadine or fapridine

What do you do for baclofen
A
Increase the dose slowly
Avoid major side effects (sedation + hypotonia)
