1 3/4 oz el jimador tequila
3/4 oz de kuyper triple sec
3 1/2 oz fresh sour rocks mix

Salt 1/2 rim, mix and strain into glass, garnish with lime squeeze and orange wedge skewer

1 3/4 oz el jimador tequila
3/4 oz de kuyper triple sec
3 1/2 oz sour agave mix
2 cups crushed ice

Blend all and pour into glass with 1/2 salted rim, garnish with lime squeeze and orange wedge on skewer

Signature mojito

Answer 3

2 lime wedges 
1 tbsp brown sugar
7 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Havana club Anos 3 rum
1 1/2 oz soda

Squeeze limes and drop into glass, muddle with brown sugar, clap the mints and build the rum. Add 1/2 crushed ice and stir to allow mint to break up, top with crushed ice and top with soda

Ultimate mango berry dacquiri

1 1/2 oz Havana club Anos 3 rum
1/2 oz de kuyper peach schnapps
3 oz mango puree
1 oz sour agave mix
2 cups crushed ice
1 oz strawberry puree in bottom of glass

Blend ingredients 1-5 and pour slowly over the 1 oz of strawberry puree

1/2 herradura reposado tequila
2 oz sour agave mix

Salt 1/2 rim mix all ingredients in a double old fashioned glass with ice garnish with lime squeeze

2 oz sour agave mix

Salt 1/2 im garnish with lime squeeze

1 oz hennessy vsop cognac
1 oz de kuyper triple sec
1 oz fresh sour rocks mix
1 lemon squeeze discarded

Sugar the rim of martini glass mix all ingredients and garnish with a lemon twist

3/4 oz Hendricks gin
3/4 oz campari
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
Top with soda

BUILD into double old fashioned glass with ice, garnish with a lemon twist

1 1/2 oz Havana club esp rum
1/2 oz mango puree
1/2 oz passion fruit monin syrup
1/2 oz strawberry puree
2 oz fresh sour rocks mix
Top with 1 oz lemonade and dash of bitters

Mix and strain ingredients 1-5 into a hi ball glass with ice, garnish with a orange twist and roll it around rim of glass

2 oz sour agave mix
Top with 1 oz soda

Mix ingredients 1-2 strain into double old fashioned glass garnish with a lemon twist that’s rolled around the rim and 1 blackberry portion

2 oz sour agave mix
7 mint leaves
Top with ginger beer

Sugar the rim mix ingredients 1-3 and strain into hi ball glass with ice, garnish with mint sprig, lemon squeeze

1 1/2 oz absolut vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 like squeeze discarded

Keep in shaker glass filled 2/3 ice and put pink cotton candy into martini glass pour over cotton candy

1 oz simple syrup
Top with soda

Mix ingredients 1-3 strain into double old fashioned glass
