1 1/4 Hendricks gin
1/2 oz sour apple pucker liqueur
2 oz fresh sour rocks mix
Top with 1 oz lemonade

Muddle 2 cucumber wheels
Mix and strain ingredients 1-4

Hi ball glass garnish with float cucumber wheel

2 oz wood ford reserve bourbon 
1 dash of aromatic bitters
Dry - 1/2 oz dry vermouth 
       Garnish with lemon squeeze around rim
Sweet - 1/2 oz sweet vermouth 
        Garnish with cherry
Perfect - 1/4 oz dry 1/4 oz sweet vermouth 
         Garnish with cherry

BUILD into double old fashioned glass

7 mint leaves
1 oz herradura agave nectar 
1 1/2 oz Havana club anos 3 rum
Top with 1 oz soda

Muddles lime squeezes and raspberry portion, then clap mints and build rum + syrup
Add 1/2 cup ice stir hardcore top with ice stir again top with soda
Garnish with mint sprig and lime squeeze

1/2 oz triple sec
2 oz sour agave (rocks?) mix
3 basil leaves torn

Muddle strawberries
Mix with ice and pour into double old fashioned glass garnish with basil leaf clapped

2 oz mango puree
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup 

Salt 1/3 of rim

Dry - 1/2 oz dry vermouth
Sweet - 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Perfect - 1/4 oz dry 1/4 oz sweet vermouth

Stirred - build stir on ice and strain into double old fashioned glass with ice
Shaken - mixer with ice and strain

Garnish with 2 speared size olives or lemon twist, ask guest
