A

CETARS: Corporate Enterprise and Training Resource Activity System
- A Navy-wide automated information system designed to manage and support the Navy training effort. Collects, compiles, and provides training managers and higher echelons of the Navy with student and course information.

  • Yellow: A situation that may result in delayed or canceled classes, failure to instruct critical learning objectives, degradations in training quality, inability to meet scheduled throughput, or quality of instruction in action is not taken.
  • Red: A situation that will cancel or stop training entirely, or degrades NEC producing training to the point that the NEC cannot be awarded.
