If upon investigation, a person or persons are found violating any of the provision of this rules and regulations, the Undersecretary of Health for Standards and Regulations shall suspend for a definite or indefinite period of time or cancel or revoke the accreditation of the laboratory without prejudice to taking the case to judicial authorities for criminal action.
