10 to 13+6
When can the quadruple screening test be performed?
14 weeks onwards
What makes up the combined screening test?
USS measurement of nuchal transluceny
Blood test: bHCG and PAPP-A
What makes up the quadruple screening test?
Blood test: aFP, unconjugated oestrodiol, bHCG and inhibin A
What is a high chance result?
1 in 150 or more
When can chorionic villus sampling be performed?
11 to 13+6
When can amniocentesis be performed?
15 to 22 weeks
What options are available following a high chance result?
A further screening test: NIPT
An invasive diagnostic test: CVS or amnio
What results from first trimester screening suggest Down’s syndrome?
Increased NT
Increased bHCG
Low PAPPA
