When to suspect spondyloarthropathies?
A
SPINEACHE:
- Sausage digit (dactylitis)
- Psoriasis
- Inflammatory back pain
- NSAID good response
- Enthesitis (particularly in heel - plantar fasciitis)
- Arthritis
- Crohn’s/Colitis/elevated CRP (can be normal in AS)
- HLA-B27
- Eye (uveitis)
