An adult male with a 6 week history of right sided headache, general malaise, early morning stiffness, and pain in his jaw when eating. His CRP is 63 (0-5), ESR 78 (0-15), what is the most likely cause of these symptoms?
giant cell arteritis
A 56-year-old woman presents with a 1 month history of deteriorating vision and a right sided headache. She is also experiencing intermittent pain in her jaw on chewing alongside extreme fatigue. She had recently found combing her hair increasingly difficult due to scalp and shoulder pain
Giant cell arteritis
A 28 year old woman presents to her with her 3rd recurrent miscarriage. She has a history of recurrent DVTs and one pulmonary embolism. On examination you identify a blotchy pattern on her skin. On investigation, her blood results show a prolonged APTT.
Antiphospholipid syndrome

Fibromyalgia
A 39-year-old lady is seen in the outpatient rheumatology clinic. She presents with worsening joint pains over the past few months, affecting both hands, wrists and occasionally her knees. The symptoms tend to be worse after she has woken up.
