Luria test
- tests executive function
- doctor draws a squiggly line and the patient copies it and what the patient draws correlates to the capacity of their executive function (a longer line means poor executive function, shorter lines can mean low motivation and may be a sign of depression)
What should you ALWAYS do as a doctor !? (i.e., this was repeated many times during this lecture)
- document abnormal findings without concern to the assumed diagnosis–write down what you see without inferring anything from it
