1) It empowers every MP to spend a certain amount of sum for development of his/her constituency in developmental areas
2) It essentially entitles every MP (LS and RS) to reccomend spending 5cr every year on works of development nature
3) MP’s can recommend the work in their constitiency (in case of LS) or anywhere in the state from where they are elected (in case of RS)
