Each year MPs get Rs 5 crore in 2 installments of Rs. 2.5 cr each. these funds are non-lapsable
LS MPs have to recommend the district authorities project in their LS constituencies, RS MPs have to spend in the st that has elected them.
Nominated Mem of both LS and RS can recommend works anywhere in India

MPs recommend works based on local needs of the selected constituency to District authorities.

District authorities/ Collectors sanction eligible works, they select implementing agency, and are responsible for the implementation
