A
Knee and elbow
Flexion and extension at these Joints.

Tibia, Fibula and Talus
Extension and Flexion but it had special names for the ankle.

A
Where toes are pointed towards the ground.

What is Dorsiflexion?
A
Toes are pulled up towards the Knee.

A
Allows a person to nod their head
e.g. Headering a football
Vertebrae with Cranium.
