Q

Moving in Fight Stance

A
  1. Push off with back foot
  2. Open forward foot and close with the rear foot. Keeping them at a similar distance.

MISTAKES:

  1. Not closing enough with the back foot so that your stance becomes too wide (** make sure your rear foot follows**)
  2. STEPPING w/ the front foot rather than PUSHING OFF with the back foot (this will make the movement less explosive)
