Systems
Simplifying (habits, home, finances) doesn’t eliminate life’s problems. But it can reduce…
how far the “pendulum swings” in the wrong direction.
Examples:
Reduces extremes (bad things happen but things don’t get as bad as they could get).
Makes life’s problems easier to handle.
Curate your…
life.
Curate - select, organize, and look after items.
Embrace things you used to…
run away from.
Boiling Point
Sometimes it takes time to get to the boiling point. Every rise in degree matters when boiling water but there won’t be an observable change until it changes from 211 to 212 degrees. Don’t give up early!
Small steps
Remember the importance of small steps. Think of the picture on the fridge!
Kaizen
Japanese term for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better.”
