A

1 - Interest in business through a legal lens.

2 - It’s intellectually intricate nature appeals to me.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

A
  1. Proud of the my journey into law and the hurdles I overcame.
  2. An experienced associate settling down in my preferred practice, though no indication of which practice but content with choice due to non-rotational training system.
  3. Competent in my practice having a continuous thirst for knowledge and experience.
  4. Will have regular client contact, seeing deals to finish - which I will have had a taste of during my two year non-rational TC.
  5. Personally - a wife and kids being happy and continuing supporting my family.

Why did you choose to study law?

A
  1. Enjoyed problem-solving and analytical subjects.
  2. Knew I wanted to pursue a career in law.
  3. Linked to the previous point, I wanted a degree where I could practice using soft skills (eg persuasive writing, presentation, teamwork, etc)
