What are Auxiliary verbs
Helper verbs:
* Am, is, are, was, were, will, have, has, had, may, might, can, could, shall, should, must, ought to, would, do, does
What are Personal Pronouns
- First-person: I, me, mine, we, us, ours
- Second person: you, yours
- Third person: she, her, hers, he, him, his, it, its, they, them, theirs
What are Interrogative Pronouns
Question Words:
* Who, Whom, Whose, What, Which
What are Relative Pronouns
Preceded by noun phrase and substitue noun phrases
* Amanda’s a doctor who specializes in gerontology.
* The show that won the most awards was 60 Minutes.
* She’s a licensed masseuse, which I am not
* who, whom, whose, where, when, why, that, which and how.
What are Demonstrative Pronouns
Things that are near or far:
* This, These, That, Those
Indefinite Pronouns
Thing/People who can’T be identified:
* all, any, anyone, anything, each, everybody, everyone, everything, few, many, nobody, none, one, several, some, somebody, and someone.
Whats the difference between attributive and predicative adjectives?
Attributive adjective: comes before the noun
* the cute cat
Predicative adjective: comes after linking verb (be or seem)
* the cat is cute
What are Adverbs

Complex: sever words
