IPSO Clause 1 - Accuracy - there is an ethical obligation to be accurate and readers comments could breach that
What are the three main elements to Breach of Confidence
Information has to be confidential - ‘quality of confidence’. There must be a duty on person to keep information secret - ‘obligation of confidence’. The breach must be seen to be of detriment to another.
