Loyalties
Our embodied existence, our faithful allegiance
affinity to your school because you are an alumni
parents told me stealing is wrong but friends encourage me to steal
Values and Norms
Values- refers to the good desire that for which we care to aspire to (justice and honesty)
Norms- rules, guidelines used to inform our behaviors. they help us determine how to embody our values in our lives and relationships; life rules (shall not kill, always tell the truth)
Prejudices
Pre- judge formation of argument without actual experience
Mode of Decision making
Teleological- ends justify the means
Deontological- proccess determines result
Utilitarian- it is the right thing to do because it produces the greatest overall amount of good in the world
