A

Knowledge and moral responsibility are related in that the moral knowledge one possesses, the more morally responsible one is for his or her actions. This is why well formed Christians have a great responsibility.

A

Partial ignorance lessons the moral culpability of an evil act. Complete ignorance completely removes moral responsibility.

A practical judgement regarding the Moral Act. Moreover, the conscience is a function of reason and intellect that evaluates the moral content of a given action.

How does one develop a Well-Formed Conscience?

A
  1. Learn the Moral teachings of the Catholic Church
  2. Approach matters of faith and morals with attitude of humility.
  3. Engage in sincere prayer and meditation.
  4. Develop and maintain a well-formed conscience through frequent and honest self-examination.
  5. Go to Confession.
  6. Seek council from a spiritual director.
