  • diet: well balanced(healthy weight)
  • may need to move to a one-story house
  • avoid pollution and infections/triggers for asthma
  • having to move around with an oxygen cylinder to assist breathing
  • emotion and social impacts of not being able to complete daily tasks or go out socially, for example may lead to depression, anxiety or stress.
