Describe a training diary:

A

One method I used to monitor my progress was a training diary. This is set out in a table format with 5 columns and 3 rows. The columns included statements such as “I found this session challenging”. The rows along the top were labelled “personal reflective statements, response (1 = not at all, 10 = strongly agree) and player comment”. Immediately after finishing my training session, I filled out the training diary in a quiet space away from distractions so that I could fully concentrate. I scored each personal reflective statement from 1-10 depending on how I felt the session had gone. I then commented on my session and considered any adaptions that could be made to the session, for example, changing the time spent doing conditioned games from 10 to 15 minutes.

Conditions are not the same.
