How do I contribute to 4 pillars? Contact database
I import Mondaq named readers into HubSpot every month and this increases the
number of Marketing contacts we reach out when we send the mailers each month.
When I send the mailer each month on Hubspot, I segment clients based on what
services they are interested in.
How do I contribute to 4 pillars? Creating awareness
• Big SEO project on the Dixcart website and DAMS website: I have lead on both of
these projects and have optimised the majority of the pages on both.
• Social Media: I plan all the content and generate the
infographics and captions for each post. These posts promote our articles and the manager’s travels.
• Legal500: A few of the offices have been utilising Legal500 a lot recently. A few
managers will provide me with a list of practice areas they’re interested in, and I will
generate a list of contacts for them, so they can reach out to them before their
travels.
How do I contribute to 4 pillars? Marketing collateral
• Generating brochures and PDFs
• I lead on business cards, comp slips and email signatures
• Social media posts
How do I contribute to 4 pillars? Analytics
• I report on social media, Mondaq analytics and article readership
• I have also recently created an office initiatives report so we can track each initiative
we are running for each office
• I think we can report further and in more detail. For example, reporting on our
unengaged contacts on HubSpot or doing more on competitor analysis.
Opinions on Conferences
• It is always worth Dixcart having a presence at conferences as they help with
relationship building and provide opportunity to expand our professional network.
• However, from previous events we have set up we know it is a very high cost and
also if we increase the number of in-person conferences/events we travel to, does
this go against our stance on sustainability.
What other media’s should we be on?
• LinkedIn articles and newsletters: increases growth of our audience and the reach of
our content. Trialling on UK, but would be great on Dixcart as it automatically sends
a notification to all our followers.
• More video content on LinkedIn and on the website, videos are very engaging and
you can be very informative with them. Would be especially beneficial in promoting
residence and citizenship as we can include attractive and beautiful videos of each
jurisdiction.
• Sending a welcome mailer to the Mondaq named readers every month.
What does Dixcart do well or not?
• Internal and external communications. From marketing perspective, there is
effective coordination as we have regular meetings with offices, the IT department
etc. External communications- engaging outreach through monthly newsletters,
regular social media posts and articles.
• We could do more with our digital presence. In this digital age, utilising more
platforms for different services would be so beneficial (e.g., Instagram for residence
and citizenship).
Where do you want to be in the future?
I see myself progressing into a higher role. I believe I have the skills and industry knowledge
to progress into an executive role.
Big projects I have lead on:
1) SEO Project on Dixcart, Dixcart UK and DAMS site
2) Office Trend Reports and article ideas
