8 Mint Leaves (Don't tear)
1.0 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
3 Lime Wedges (Don't squeeze)
2 Blackberries
1 Strawberry (no top)
2.0 oz Cruzan Black Cherry Rum

Add mint, sugar, limes, blackberries, strawberry. Muddle 4-5 times. Fill 3/4 with ice, add rum. Shake for 5 seconds and pour into glass. Top with ice and soda water.

Garnish: 2 Blackberries on a prick (Rim) and a mint sprig

2.0 oz Bacardi Light Rum

In order, add mint, sugar, limes and Fill 3/4 with ice, and shake for 3 seconds. Leave ingredients in tin, add rum. Shake for 5 seconds and pour into glass. Top with ice and Soda Water.

Garnish: 2 Lime Wedges (Rim) and a mint sprig between limes

In order, add mint, sugar, limes, purée. Fill 3/4 with ice, and shake for 3 seconds. Leave ingredients in tin, add rum. Shake for 5 seconds and pour into glass. Top with ice and Ginger Ale.
