On the turn as PFR when flop went x/b-small/c

On which boards do I use a big overbet(2x pot)? Large sizing(pot size)? smaller bet(66%)

A

Overbet- when flop was two broadways and not connected, or when the turn brings the second broadway. Usually not flush or straight available

smaller (66%) - a straight/flush is available, or the board pairs the middling card

pot size- everything between (blankish runouts)
